Tuve otro problema similar en las mismas fechas con otra compañía aérea (British) y lo gestioné por mi cuenta. Aunque tardaron en comenzar el trámite, lo cierto es que me acabaron indemnizando antes que gestionado con Air Advisor (por lo que no tuve el gasto de intermediario) aunque sí me aplicaron las tasas de realizar la transferencia bancaria a mi cuenta (unos 21 euros de los 600 con los que me indemnizaron).
