J'ai fait ma réclamation pour retard de vol via AirAdvisor et en quelques mois j'ai reçu mon indemnisation.
Tout le travail se faisait dans l'ombre et comme une lettre à la poste, je reçois un mail que la Compagnie Aérienne "X" avait versé cette indemnité et ma quote part a été virée dans mon compte.
Je remercie AirAdvisor parce que seule je n'y arriverait pas !
