Il mio volo per new York è stato ritardato di più di 5 ore ed ero a conoscenza del fatto di poter richiedere un risarcimento per l’attesa
Spesso queste cose sono lunghe e tediose ma grazie ad air advisor non ho dovuto fare altro che mandare biglietti e info riguardo al ritardo e dopo qualche mese sono rientrati 300€.
