I had such a horrible experience and am glad someone is fighting for me, seeking compensation. On top of having to spend the night in New York airport I didn’t receive my bag for 3 days. I was traveling for a family wedding and had gifts for everyone plus my special dress. This shouldn’t happen to people paying for travel and experiencing trauma instead. I hope we win this case.
