The completion process at first seemed easy, but proved to be a nightmare when I tried to get my wife's claim accepted. I was asked to complete both claims, which I thought I was doing by filling in the requested information. However, at the end, the system told me I needed to add documents for my wife, yet showed her passport and boarding pass were checked green. I had no idea what was needed. I tried to start a chat, but the system would not let me enter my message. My wife later got an email saying she needed to add confirmation number and address. None of this was indicated on the system to me. I had no idea since I had added this info for what I thought was both claimants. Very unsatisfactory. Note: I have now revised my review upward a bit since my wife was able to add the information. In addition, a supervisor contacted me for more information before submitting my complaint to the technical department for corrective action. Assuming they fix any glitch in the system that would make the system less frustrating, I would rate them even higher.
