I filled out a review of my flight on British airways last July. We took off 2 hours late so I'm arrival to London, I missed my connecting flight and waited 8 hours for the next flight out. I had to stay in a hotel at my final destination because it was too late to get a car. All I received in compensation from British was a coffee and a scone. This was upsetting. I did not expect financial compensation, I was just giving a review since I had 8 hours to kill. I haven't been to Italy yet to know if the euros are actually in my account (can't access from the states), but I appreciate your help and your communications
