Hi, I came from Singapore, and was able to claim my compensation by Scoot airlines. I did not expect the case to come through but somehow it did after few months later. Once the case was approved i mananged to get my compensation immediately with the help of the service team members who responded to me swiftly. Thankyou air advisor for fighting the case for me.
