I did not believe i would receive compensation having chosen not to take the alternative flight offered, and taking a full refund instead, from the airline. I was still out of pocket on airport car parking and a more expensive replacement flight elsewhere so gave it a shot with Air Advisor. Fabulous - from submitting a claim i was paid within 15 days. Excellent service.
