dealing with online was typical to most companies. fill out paperwork and wait. nothing special good or bad I received notification that they were going to send my settlement which was 1200 euroes less their fee of 50% or 600 euroes. I received 300 euroes and have not received any response back from them for the last 10 days of me trying to see what is happening on the balance owed (300 euros) Once I finally got in contact with them I recived an explanation (they were waiting on a second account # for my wife) and they made good in a few days I would utilize them again if the need arrises
