Your service is very good, but expensive for the consumer and takes a long time for reimbursement to be issued. I just learned from others who were on the same travel itinerary that I could have filed this claim on my own and received payment almost immediately.
Nonetheless, you provide a good service for people who cannot deal with the stress of ap-lying after a long tedious trip and alos for people who might not be technologically savvy. I would gladly recommend you service to such persons and you did have great communication and follow up skills and did produce a good result.
