Air Advisor managed to successfully obtain the minimum compensation I was legally entitled to and that's good. I found the interface pretty good and responses quite quick.
However, the reason for the downgrade is that I'm not satisfied that they fought for the expenses I incurred. Towards the end of the process it felt like they were more interested in closing the case than actually resolving all of my issues, seeming to loose interest in the specific concerns of this case.
Overall does what it says which is good, but room for improvement.
