Extremely easy to go through the entire process. AirAdvisor notified every single step and when contacted for whatever question the team responds really quickly. I almost gave up on a flight that suffered delay more than 2.5 years ago thinking I had waited too long because I didn't see how ready it was too reclaim my passenger rights. Air Advisor charged a reasonable fee and there is nothing to worry about.
