We chose Air Advisor after comparing a few other Claim processing services side by side. Their rates were somewhere in the middle of the pack---they claim a high perecentage of success. Filling out the general claim form questioinaire was straight forward. Uploading the documents was a little glitchy---That took a few tries. (Be nice if there was a immedient confirmation on which docements failed to upload). So now we wait...& hope for some reinbursement :-)
