The process was made very clear and easy to engage in. Airlines themselves are not too transparent about informing about the compensation process but Air Advisor helped guide me through the process with the minimum of fuss and saved me a lot of time and energy in trying to deal with attempts by airlines to delay the decision/pay out. Very pleased that some of the profit from the company goes toward supporting the war effort in Ukraine.
