Terrible experience. Deposited £492 in credits and I can't allocate them to a reservation due to a system fault that nobody can resolve at Airbnb Airbnb customer support is the worst I've ever encountered. I've been lied to on numerous occasions, hung up on and a representative even walked away while speaking with me mid conversation to take a personal call earlier today (You can't make it up) I've had the issue now escalated supposedly to a manager who nobody in the company knows the name of which again is just another lie. I'm now seeking legal action against this company for withholding my money and continuing to breach their own customer policies and obligation as a company operating in the UK and in this case withholding my money like some type of corrupt organisation. I'm still pending a resolution to this and will be happy to amend my review if Airbnb can turn this around but at this stage it will be with my solicitor to handle the escalation through Small Claims Court
