I strongly advise against listing your properties on this platform. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite providing clear proof against a guest who made false accusations, Airbnb chose to side with them—showing no real support or protection for hosts. They handled the situation unprofessionally and unfairly, and I no longer trust them to safeguard the interests of property owners. I have since removed all my flats from Airbnb and will not be working with them again. If you value fairness, support, and professionalism, be very cautious before listing your properties here
