I have to say that Aircall is a breath of fresh air. I had used other phone systems (such as TalkDesk) and it was very limiting - as far as cross-app integration, basic features and locations that I could dial to. Plus, the audio quality was horrible through a USB to USB-C Adapter, which I need to use with my Macbook, since it doesn't have normal USB ports. None of the issues that I had with my other phone systems are a factor with Aircall and I'm mad that we didn't use this system sooner. No complaints here!
