the bus driver was not at all helpful, I just had a huge operation I had a wheelchair for assistance and needed help with my bags, he clearly stated not my job and turned away.
I had a passenger help me, I was in a flood of tears trying to get my bags up the very steep steps
new attitude from him would be ideal
