While I was extremely happy in both my journeys between Cork and Dublin Airport, the experience was spoilt on arrival back in Cork. My case had been pushed to the back of the luggage compartment on both trips. On arrival in Dublin the driver had an implement to pull cases from the back. On arrival in Cork the driver disappeared. I am a 75 year old lady and cannot be expected to scramble to retrieve my case and was dependent on the goodwill of other passengers. For this I have had to downgrade my score
