Very efficient, punctual service which I have used a number of times now. Comfortable coaches. Friendly drivers. Unfortunately on both journeys there were passengers close to us who were not wearing face masks, one of whom coughed a lot, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I should say that the driver on the outward journey did announce that face masks were mandatory. I do, however, realise that this is a difficult request to enforce. I also had reason to ring your Belfast office prior to my travel. I was impressed to get an answer right away and the girl I spoke to was very helpful. Thank you
