I gave 2 stars because on my way back from Dublin to cork - I booked the bus at 7pm.
1) The ticket says Ashton Quay but busstop number is not mentioned. We were waiting at the old bus stop which is 3 stops away from the new one.
2) The 7pm bus never arrived, yes even though we were waiting at the old bus stop we never saw 7pm bus going past by us. We had to wait an hour extra - go to your website to see the updated bus stop and go to there to board the bus.
It was such an inconvenience and loss of time.
