The coach and driver are worth a five star the journey was excellent.
The 2 star is for the office I had a voucher due to you cancelling a trip I had booked during covid. I asked for a coach after 5.30 pm as that was the time my plane landed but you sent me a ticket for the 5.30pm coach then refused to change it. I couldn't get a reply on the phone and you didn't answer my emails
