Traveled to Dublin from USA. Took Aircoach to Belfast (express). Overall experience was a "4". Would have been nice to have help with baggage loading and unloading bags into the belly of the bus.
Also, we had to change our "flex" ticket to an earlier time, but the system wouldn't allow that - so we purchased extra tickets and couldn't release the seats on the bus that we would not be riding in (which other people probably would have liked to have). The company should refund those seats. We've put in for a refund and haven't heard back yet.
