The service is usually very reliable/ confortable/friendly drivers but their customer service lets them down.
They will try every trick in the book not to refund you a prepaid fare even though you are entitled to one( eg. if for some reason their first am morning coach was more than 15 minutes late and you had to take a taxi to the airport.
I think it is safer with them to pay the fare to the driver than to book a sit in advance. In this way there is no need to contact their customer service department.
