The interior of the bus was run down.
The TV with the stops wasn't working.
The driver was brusque, basically shouting at people,"where you want to go?".
He shouted each stop as it approached which isn't a great system for tourists etc.
He wasn't very good at giving advice about onward travel.
Anyway you should fix the tv and the buttons to ask for a stop. Shouting is dickensian.
