I went to Belfast twice with Aircoach and on both trips, we had to transfer from a good, comfortable and modern bus to another without Internet, phone charger, and seat belts broke! I paid for good service but I couldn't keep working during my journey. I would not expect to have Internet and phone charging if this information were available on the website, however, I paid for it and wasn't available.
Paying for something and getting another thing with less quality is not fair.
