Very Efficient & comfortable service & very good value for money. however there were two items of notice. The driver on the 12 noon bus from Cork to Dublin on 1st August was very rude to anyone looking to buy a ticket on the bus. The passengers were unsure of the procedure or the recommendation that tickets bought on-line are given priority. The bus driver really gave out to them! His manner was very abrupt and all he had to do was explain gently. The second item is the signage at the bus stop is very poor. Bigger bus signs and perhaps a sign about ticket purchase would be a useful addition. I would still recommend Aircoach and hope to use it again soon.
