My driver was very polite and helpful, but when a passenger who was either an employee or someone he knew exited on Dolier street, we were stopped for around 10 minutes while the two had an extended chat. I really found this unacceptable as I was on a schedule to make connecting buses.
Also, why is the rest of your form for a delivery service? Maybe update it.
