The coach was fine however I paid extra for flexi I was early enough however the bus driver would not let me on I do believe he had room for 1 person. I had traveled for 23hrs and was exhausted. I broke down in tears he didn’t seem to care.
So I am not pleased I am a 62 years of age this didn’t seem to matter.
