Flexi ticket policy should be reviewed. Flexi ticket is not flexible at all. If you buy two or more tickets under one reservation, you cannot change the booking details of the tickets individually. So if one person on your reservation has to take a later/earlier bus for some reason, you cannot change the reservation for them. Which means you have to buy a new ticket.
Other companies offer way more flexible tickets at NO cost. Hence Aircoach is always my last option.
