The bus itself was great and a very convenient way to travel. Our flight was delayed so arrived later than the time on the precooked ticket - the guy in the booth near the bus stop was very unhelpful and didn't offer any assistance or advice when asked what I needed to do. With a disabled guest needing to get to the city centre in tbe pouring down rain to just have a shoulder shrug and then told to just wait around and see what the buses say isn't very helpful. I'd of been willing to buy another ticket if that was the advice but was given nothing and then they started to talk to someone else over us. Drivers were great- had an issue when we got on the bus that the ticket that hadn't been used was saying it had been but they were lovely and helped. Return journey to the airport the driver was very helpful to the disabled guest with assistance getting on and off the bus.
