My experiance was good. Although I did observe some unnecessary rudeness towards other passengers at Dublin airport. The person who was scanning the tickets was quite rude to some people who did not fully understand the situation. They made no effort to try and clearly and respectfully explain how the air coach system works to people who had missed their previous bus. Some of these people did not speak fluent English and I don't think they should be treated rudely as a result.
