Your 7am bus from cork to Dublin was 39 minutes late and your customer support doesn't wake up until 8 30 or something. If you were operating in America I garantee you would be in line for a lawsuit.
I used Aircoach in the past and I will continue to use it in the future. But in these situations you need to contact passengers and tell them what's going on
