Not easy to find out Info ahead of the journey. Bought a ticket in the app but couldn’t see how to reserve a seat! So ended up buying a second one with reservation on the website.
Also was not sure where the coach stopped because there were no aircoach signs on the bus stop! Service itself worked great but better signage and communication required.
