We enjoyed a trip from Galway to Dublin on 9/17/2022 on 11:05 AM train. The train was clean and pleasant. The attendants were professional and managed the hundreds of passengers well. The reserved seat system was a bit confusing for us and others. We also were not aware that the express train had several stops along the way. The result was a lot of frustration and confusion for passengers needing seats on the very full train and those with reservations resulted in many altercations -most were quickly resolved in an amicable way - and some less so. There were no attendants on the train to assist passengers to deal with seating or assist with the confusion of the reserved seats.
