The driver on the route to Dublin was excellent, more than helpful in all respects. On our return two weeks later we unfortunately misplaced our return ticket. I spoke to a gentleman who later turned out to be our driver, I explained the situation but I must say he was not interested in helping us at all, in fact totally useless and uninterested. Shortly after I spoke to a young lady, I think she was Eastern European, she was extremely helpful and advised that I speak to the supervisor who in turn was more than helpful and searched on his computer and was able to confirm we had tickets. This has not put us off using your service and I would have given it a 5 star rating except for the unhelpful and uninterested bus driver. All other members of staff were excellent in every way.
