The service I received on the day was satisfactory. However, I have a big issue with the tickets not being flexible. That morning, I tried to pick an earlier time and the website had a glitch , which meant I had no guarantee on getting the bus at an earlier time. I was lucky there was space. But in general, no one can anticipate the time a flight will land, and it’s extremely stressful trying to pick an ideal time to account for delays.. without needing to purchase a new ticket if you do miss your original time.
