The drive from Belfast to Dublin Airport was really good. However, the bus was parked outside,on the street,not under any roof like before and it was raining hard. I’m almost 80 years old and had to lift heavy luggage into the hold of the bus by myself while the driver just sat in the bus. Then, on arrival at Dublin Airport it was very hard to get my luggage out, having to actually crawl right inside the hold, moving numerous suitcases out of the way to eventually find my own,again while the driver stood and watched and not offering any help at all. There’s got to be a better system. Thanks
