- As a near weekly user of the service, it is borderline acceptable.
- Some buses are too old, very tatty and should be taken out of service.
- There is great inconsistency in the standard of drivers. Some have excellent driving and customer service skills, others have next to none. I have, fairly regularly I am sorry to say, witnessed extreme rudeness from Aircoach drivers to some customers particularly those for whom English is not their first language and to infrequent/elderly travellers.
- The app needs to be completely overhauled. It is not user friendly and less than transparent about storing customers personal/banking details.
