I was confused at first between an online purchase and an app purchase but customer service explained
I would love to see the coach have better signage on the vehicle after a 10-hour flight it's easy to be confused the more help the better
also, the lineup at the pickup station on early mornings needs to be better organized I guess customers don't follow common sense
