Niles was a standout supervisor. He informed, directed, and managed all passengers with professionalism and a bit of humor, despite late buses and pouring rain. The overhead space on the bus is so narrow as to be pretty useless. We put our suitcase in storage underneath the bus but couldn't even fit a backpack in the overhead. There was also only the weakest air conditioning on the bus which was filled with people and very warm. Otherwise, our trip was smooth and we arrived in Belfast on schedule.
