One concern is that at 03.00 in the morning on Glengall St, Belfast the pick up area is not very well lit up. You have to put your own bags on the coach and you see people banging their heads, getting caught on side panels etc because they can’t see. H&S issue? Also once your bag is on and you board the coach it’s very easy for someone to just walk up and take a bag off and walk off unnoticed. Not very secure! Missed coach due to to delays in flight means no guarantee of getting return journey from Dublin if the rest of the day coaches are fully booked leaving you with a headache of making other arrangements back to Belfast although to be fair the coach drivers do their best to get you on if they can
