The only thing I didn’t like was there was no order. After bus came in it was a free for all. I had 3 heavy suitcases and I couldn’t get through to put them in. When I did, I really struggled to get them in and hit my head after I stood up. The bus was full by the time I got on so I couldn’t sit with my daughter. Once on though it was fine. I think you should think about having a better boarding system
