The service is efficient & staff helpful but you need to be capable of stowing luggage & more importantly retrieving it. Luckily for a 70 year old I'm still agile. I had to climb in to storage space to get my case as it was at the back. Customers helped one another obviously the driver is told not to be involved in this job.
