Disappointed in inflexible attitude to ticketing. Bought flexi type tickets which were too inflexible to use. Was not allowed to board earlier bus at T2 Dublin Airport in spite of spaces being available because we could not go online and change within narrow limits. Common-sense suggests that if seats are available you should have access. Also only having ticket purchase at terminal one proved very frustrating for some T2 passengers without tickets who were advised to run up to T1 and perhaps get one of the 6 seats available. This was some months ago and perhaps it has been changed since then. But after using Aircoach for many years on our return journey a few weeks ago we used Ulsterbus.
