While the driver and host were friendly and the coach itself was clean, the toilet smelled absolutely disgusting. Even sitting halfway up the coach the smell was overwhelming anytime someone went in to use it.
In addition to that, my seat was broken and the seat pad kept sliding out of the bracket when I shifted. I did move after pinching my finger putting the seat back in place.
