The service between Belfast and Dublin Airport is all fine. Would be nice to have a bus every hour instead of every 2 hours, but I understand that there's not the market for this.
I did find the terms and conditions of the flex fare quite harsh, in that it is often impossible to adapt the timing of a ticket within 2 hours of leaving, especially if a flight is delayed and one is stuck in the airplane without Internet and thus being unable to make changes to the booking.
