The actual service is very efficient and comfortable, however as it is so popular now i am a bit concerned that if flights are delayed that the "next bus" is not really an option now as they are usually full. I havent examined the flexible ticket - i dont know if that helps - but presumably that has extra cost which would make the service less appealing. I know of numerous people who after flight delays have had to try to find alternatives solutions - train or translink to get them home as there was no space. Perhaps a victim of it's own success!
