I would give no star if I can. Not to company but the guy. I have seen so many rude bus drivers but this guy is the worst of all that I can’t ignore it. I booked a ticket online and my phone was dead. I asked him if he can find my surname like other bus driver did when I can’t have access to internet or phone. He refused. When I tried to explain to him nicely that it will work. He just sat there and not say anything like I wasn’t exist. Just imagine if this happened to you or other vulnerable person who really can’t sort the problem out. I don’t know his name and I don’t want to know. It is the bus from Cork to Dublin airport at 1900 pm on 23/11/2022. The problem was sorted because another passenger let me use her phone to log in to gmail. Her service is better than this bus driver. Thank you if you read it.
