The bus was on time and the journey uneventful. However I had to put my case in the luggage compartment and found it very difficult to CLIMB INTO the luggage compartment to retrieve it, banging my head in the process. I have arthritis and this was difficult and sore for me. Surely there is a better way to pack luggage! Just compartmentalising the space would be an improvement and prevent luggage moving around during transit!
